白鹤滩水电站输水发电系统水力干扰稳定性分析

    摘要:

    由于白鹤滩水电站单机容量巨大,机组运行水头变幅大,且尾水隧洞流态复杂多样,因而水力干扰过渡过程的分析与控制是保障系统安全稳定运行的重要前提。基于有压输水系统特征线法,引入明渠水流分析的特征隐式格式,推导得到尾水隧洞明满流计算分析模型,同时考虑调速器频率调节模式,构建了输水发电系统稳定性分析和调控模型,对白鹤滩水电站输水发电系统水力干扰稳定性进行了分析。结果表明:考虑尾水系统多流态特性的白鹤滩水电站输水发电系统水力干扰过渡过程是稳定的;随着机组运行水头的增大,尾水系统由全线有压状态过渡到明满流和明流流态,有压段长度缩短,尾水调压室水位和尾水系统动态过程的衰减加速,有利于改善受扰机组的调节品质;两种不同的机组型号均能满足输水发电系统水力干扰稳定性要求,且受扰机组调节品质基本一致。

    Abstract:

    Baihetan Hydropower Station has a huge capacity of single unit with the layout of two units sharing a common tailrace surge chamber and tailrace tunnel.Since various and complex flow pattern sexist in the tailrace tunnel, analysis and control of hydraulic disturb transition is an important prerequisite to ensure safe and stable operation of the system. Based on the Method of Characteristic for pressurized water conveyance system, the characteristic implicit format of free-surface flow analysis was introduced, and the mathematical model of the free-surface-pressurized flow in tailrace tunnel was derived.The stability analysis and regulation model of water conservancy and hydropower system was constructed considering the frequency regulation mode of the governor and stability analysis of hydraulic disturb was analyzed. The results show that the transition process of hydraulic disturb in Baihetan Hydropower Station is stable with the effect of various flow patterns in tail tunnel system. With the increase of unit operating head, the tailwater system transits from completely pressurized state to free-surface-pressurized flow state and free-surface flow state.The length of pressurized part decreases, and the water level of the tailwater surge chamber and the dynamic process of tailwater system decay faster, which is conducive to improve the regulation performance of the disturbed units. Both the two different unit types meet the stability requirements on hydraulic disturb of water conveyance and hydropower system, and the regulation performance of the disturbed units is basically the same.
