    摘要:

    根据双江口心墙堆石坝堆石料的原型平均设计级配曲线,采用剔除法、等量替代法、相似级配法和混合法等4种不同缩尺方法得到室内最大干密度试验成果。结合土的连续级配方程,采用级配面积与小于5 mm的颗粒质量分数 P 5构建的函数式作为级配量化指标,拟合出最大干密度与试验前级配曲线面积、 P 5及最大粒径之间的关系,据此可推求出原型级配的最大干密度。通过分析得到试验前后级配量化指标之间的拟合公式,并利用试验前后级配量化指标的相对变化量 B w作为颗粒破碎的定量指标,探讨了缩尺方法对压实过程粗粒料颗粒破碎的影响。结果表明,采用等量替代法缩尺, B w随粒径的增大呈减小趋势;而采用剔除法、相似级配法和混合法缩尺, B w随粒径增大呈增大趋势。

    Abstract:

    Four different scaling methods, including scalping method, equal-weight replacement method, similar grading method and mixing method were used to obtain the maximum dry density in laboratory according to the original average design gradation curve of rockfill in the Shuangjiangkou core-wall rockfill dam. Based on the test results and gradation equation of soil, a quantitative index of gradation composed of grading area and the content of grains smaller than 5 mm ( P 5) was adopted. The relationship of dry density versus grading area before tests, P 5 and maximum particle size was fitted. According to the relationship, the maximum dry density of the real gradation can be determined. The fitting formula between the quantified index of gradation before and after the test was obtained, and the relative change B w of the quantified index of gradation before and after the test was used as the quantitative index of particle breakage to discuss the influence of scaling method on the particle breakage of coarse particles during the compaction process. The results show that B w decreases with the increase of particle size for equal-weight replacement method, but B w increases with the increase of particle size for scalping method, similar grading method and mixing method.
