    基于自主研发的高渗透水压力加载试验系统,研究了3种强度等级混凝土在4种不同高渗透水压力持续作用3、10、24、72、240.h后混凝土含水率变化规律,通过压汞法测定了高渗透水压力作用下的混凝土孔隙结构特征,揭示了不同水压力作用下混凝土含水率演化的微观机理,并构建了混凝土在不同水压力作用下的含水率预测方程。结果表明:高渗透水压力作用下混凝土含水率随作用时间的延长而快速增大,渗透水压力越高,混凝土强度等级越低,混凝土到达饱和状态所需时间越短,饱和含水率越高;1、2、3 mPa渗透水压力下的C15混凝土饱和含水率分别为0 mPa条件下的1.12、1.13、1.19倍。

    Abstract:

    Based on a self-developed high-permeability water pressure loading test system, the moisture content change law of three different strength grades of concrete under four different high-permeability water pressure environments after continuous exposure for 3, 10, 24, 72, and 240 hours was studied. The pore structure characteristics of concrete under high-permeability water pressure environments were measured using the mercury intrusion porosimetry, revealing the microscopic mechanism of water content evolution in concrete under different water pressures. A prediction equation for concrete moisture content under different water pressure was constructed. The results show that the concrete moisture content increases rapidly with the extension of the exposure time under the high-permeability water pressure. The higher the permeable water pressure and the lower the concrete strength grade, the shorter the time required for the concrete to reach saturation and the higher the saturation moisture content. The saturation moisture contents of C15 concrete under 1, 2, and 3 MPa permeable water pressures are 1.12, 1.13 and 1.19 times that under 0 MPa, respectively.
