From a management perspective, this paper introduces to the construction of the TB Hydropower Project, with a focus on the achievements in the construction management in terms of organizational management, safety management, quality management, environmental and water protection management, schedule management, mechanical and electrical installation, technological innovation, intelligent construction, and corporate social responsibility. The TB Hydropower Project adopts the management mode of “integration of construction and management” and fully incorporates green and intelligent construction technologies, achieving comprehensive intelligent control over the project construction. The successful practice of the TB Hydropower Project provides valuable experience and insights for the construction of hydropower projects in China.
