    摘要:

    TB水电工程地处滇西北峡谷地区,自然条件差,地质条件复杂,技术难度大,施工战线长,工期紧,高峰期重叠,设计周期短,技术要求高,要高质量建成158 m碾压混凝土重力坝工程,需要建设单位精心策划和组织。通过对工程建设过程中的设计及技术管理制度、管理模式、科研策划和攻关、设计优化及其他相关工作的回顾,对项目的设计及技术管理创新与实践过程进行了分析总结,可为国内外类似项目的管理提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The TB Hydropower Project is located in the canyon area of northwest Yunnan, with poor natural conditions, complex geological conditions, high technical difficulties, long construction lines, tight schedules, overlapping peak periods, short design cycles, and high technical requirements. To build a 158 m roller compacted concrete gravity dam project with high quality, the construction unit needs to carefully plan and organize. By reviewing the design technology management system, management mode, scientific research planning and breakthrough, design optimization, and other related work during the construction process of TB Hydropower Project, the innovation and practical process of project design and technology management has been analyzed and summarized, which can provide reference for the management of similar projects at home and abroad.
