    摘要:

    在总结澜沧江公司20年水电工程建设管理的基础上,提出“以关键技术创新为引领、以智能建造平台为支撑、打造TB水电标杆工程”为目标,建立了“1+3+ N ”科技创新及绿色智能建造体系,实现了智能建造技术在水电工程中的全面应用。通过创新科技与智能建造体系和管理体制,为工程安全、绿色、优质、高效的建设发挥了巨大作用,最终使TB水电工程较可研进度提前一年实现投产发电,创造了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of summarizing Lancang River Campany’s 20 years of hydropower project construction management, put forward the goal of “taking key technological innovation as the leader, supported by intelligent construction platform, and creating TB hydropower benchmarking project”, established the “1+3+ N ” scientific and technological innovation and green intelligent construction system, realized the comprehensive application of intelligent construction technology in hydropower projects. Through innovative technology and intelligent construction system and management system, it has played a great role in the safe, green, high-quality and efficient construction of the project, the TB Hydropower Project was put into operation one year ahead of the feasibility study schedule at last, creating huge economic and social benefits.
