    摘要:

    TB水电工程基于“建管合一”的管理模式,建立了覆盖全方位、全流程、全过程、全生命周期的绿色智能建造系统,通过在建设期实施智建大坝、智建地厂、绿色智慧砂石加工、智能机电安装等智能建造,以及涉及安全、质量、环水保、进度、物资、设备、合同、数字档案等工程建设各方面的业务管理系统,解决多阶段、多专业、多履约主体的流程、工艺和绩效管理等问题,在工程应用中取得了良好的效果,实现了工程建设管理由传统模式向智能建设管理模式的转变。

    Abstract:

    Based on the “integrated construction and management” model, the TB Power Station has established a green intelligent construction system that covers all aspects, full flows, full processes, and the entire lifecycle. By implementing intelligent construction during the construction phase, such as smart dam construction, smart powerhouse construction, green and intelligent sand and gravel processing, and intelligent electromechanical installation, as well as business management systems covering various aspects of engineering construction involving safety, quality, environmental and water and soil conservation, progress, materials, equipment, contracts, and digital archives, it has addressed issues related to processes, techniques, and performance management across multiple stages, disciplines, and performance entities. The application of these systems has achieved favorable results in engineering practice, marking a transition from the traditional construction management model to the intelligent construction management model.
