    摘要:

    TB水电工程碾压混凝土大坝,混凝土浇筑工期仅19个月,刷新了国内外碾压混凝土大坝施工速度。近年来,碾压混凝土筑坝技术不断进步,机械化程度不断高堤,大坝混凝土浇筑工期一般为3年,而TB水电工程大坝在施工过程中,规划布置、快速跨廊道层施工等一系列先进技术及有效的管理手段,业主充分发挥主导作用,用时19个月就完成了大坝混凝土225万m3的浇筑任务,且质量上乘,利用混凝土浇筑间歇期,在备仓仓面取出了26.5 m世界最长芯样。在TB水电工程碾压混凝土大坝施工中,业主主导实施通仓大斜层滚动浇筑技术、9.0 m高升层施工、连续翻升浇筑、入仓方为大坝快速施工奠定了重要基础。工程实例证明,通过先进的技术、有效的管理,缩短了碾压混凝土大坝施工工期,为下闸蓄水、发电投产创造了先决条件,具有重要的工程实践意义。

    Abstract:

    TB hydroelectric project roller compacted concrete dam, concrete pouring duration of only 19 months, a new domestic and international crushed concrete dam construction speed. In recent years, roller compacted concrete dam construction technology continues to progress, the degree of mechanization continues to be high, the dam concrete pouring period is generally 3 years, while the TB Hydropower Project dam in the construction process, the owner gives full play to the leading role in the time of 19 months on the completion of the dam concrete 2.25 million m3 of the pouring task, and the quality of the best, the use of concrete pouring intervals, the preparation of the silo bin surface taken out of the 26.5m world’s longest The longest core sample in the world was taken out from the surface of the preparation bin during the break of concrete pouring. In the construction of TB Hydropower Project roller compacted concrete dam, the owner led the implementation of a series of advanced technology and effective management means, such as through the warehouse large oblique layer rolling pouring technology, 9m high rising layer construction, continuous tilting pouring, into the warehouse way planning arrangement, fast across the corridor layer construction, etc., which laid an important foundation for the rapid construction of the dam. Project examples have proved that through advanced technology and effective management, the construction period of the roller compacted concrete dam has been greatly shortened, which creates prerequisite conditions for water storage, power generation and commissioning, and is of great significance in engineering practice.
