    以TB水电工程为例,介绍了智能建造技术在碾压混凝土坝施工中的应用与创新。基于“GIS+BIM +VR+IoT”搭建了智能建造平台,利用“区域内网+5G网”双网融合模式将“智能拌和、智能碾压、智能灌浆、智能温控”四大系统协同统一,构建了“智能浇筑”和“智能温控”两条核心管理主线,取得了显著成效:大坝一年内上升达到126 m,并取出长达26.5 m的世界最长碾压混凝土芯样。智能建造技术的应用使得项目施工管控更为精准和高效,确保了施工质量。同时,通过与国内高校的“产学研”一体化深度融合,在智慧设备系统、无人碾压、动态温控等领域取得了新的技术成果,为大型水电工程建设的智能化、高质量发展提供了坚实基础。

    Abstract:

    Taking the TB Hydropower Project as an example, this paper introduces the application and innovation of intelligent construction technology in the construction of roller-compacted concrete (RCC) dams. Based on the integration of “GIS+BIM+VR+IoT,” an intelligent construction platform was established. Utilizing a dual-network integration model of “intranet + 5G network”, the four systems of “intelligent mixing, intelligent rolling, intelligent grouting, and intelligent temperature control” were coordinated and unified, two core management threads of “intelligent pouring” and “intelligent temperature control” were constructed. Remarkable results were achieved: the dam rose by 126 m within a year, and a 26.5-meter-long core sample, the world’s longest for RCC, was extracted. The application of intelligent construction technology has made project construction management more precise and efficient, ensuring construction quality. Simultaneously, through deep integration with domestic universities in the “industry-academia-research” collaboration, new technological achievements were made in the fields of intelligent equipment systems, unmanned rolling, and dynamic temperature control, providing a solid foundation for the intelligent and high-quality development of large-scale hydropower project.
