    摘要:

    基于初拟截流方案,对TB水电工程进行了截流物理模型试验研究,对不同工况下截流龙口水力参数进行了对比分析,指出流量指标是决定截流难度的关键因素。在截流前现场实际条件下,采用数值模拟方法对截流水力参数进行了分析,结果表明在相同来流量情况下,分流条件的恶化将显著提升截流难度。流域开发公司采用“控泄助截”模式,通过降低上游梯级电站的下泄流量,有效降低了截流难度,顺利完成截流。截流现场实测数据与模型试验反演结果均表明,该模式可为流域梯级开发中类似工程的设计与实施提供实践经验与参考。

    Abstract:

    Based on the initially proposed closure scheme, a physical model test study was conducted for the TB Hydropower Project to analyze the hydraulic parameters of the closure gap under different operational conditions, and it was pointed out that the discharge index is the key factor determining the difficulty of river closure. Under the actual field condition before the closure, the numerical simulation method was used to analyze the hydraulic parameters of the river closure. The results shows that under the same inflow rate, a deterioration in the diversion conditions will significantly increase the difficulty of river closure. The river basin development company adopted the mode of controlling discharge to assist river closure, which effectively reduce the difficulty of river closure by decreasing the discharge from the upper cascade power station, thus completing the river closure successfully. Both the measured data in field and the inversion results from model test demonstrate that this mode can provide a successful reference for the design and implementation of similar projects in river basin cascade development.
