    摘要:

    为实现TB水电工程转轮制造“零配重”目标,从设备采购阶段开始进行提前策划,通过提高标准、增加工序、引进新设备新工艺等创新手段,依托组织保障、技术可行、过程管控等措施保障,最终4台转轮全部实现“零配重”制造,使得TB水电工程成为国内迄今为止首个全部转轮实现“零配重”制造的水电工程。

    Abstract:

    To achieve the goal of “zero counterweight” of TB Hydropower Project runner manufacturing, starting from the equipment procurement stage, they conducted advance planning, through innovative means such as raising standards, adding processes, and introducing new equipment and new technologies, and relying on measures such as organizational guarantee, technical feasibility, and process control, all four runners finally achieved “zero counterweight” manufacturing , making the TB Hydropower Project the first power station in China where all runners have achieved “zero counterweight” manufacturing so far.
