    摘要:

    针对当前抽水蓄能电站建设任务重,建设工期紧的问题,以大型抽水蓄能电站主体工程施工工期为研究对象,分析主体工程施工工期的影响因素及其重要性,并基于实地调研及统计分析,通过编制布尔运算程序代码构建影响因素的解释结构模型(ISM)。结果表明地形地貌条件是影响施工工期的重要因素,针对不同施工线路,从技术措施、组织措施、管理措施及经济措施等方面提出了具体的工期优化措施。

    Abstract:

    In response to the current heavy construction task and tight construction period of pumped storage power stations, this study focuses on the construction period of the main project of large-scale pumped storage power stations, analyzes the influencing factors and their importance on the construction period of the main project, and based on field research and statistical analysis, constructs an explanatory structural model (ISM) of the influencing factors through the development of Boolean operation program code.The results indicate that terrain and landform conditions are important factors affecting the construction period. Specific schedule optimization measures have been proposed for different construction routes, including technical measures, organizational measures, management measures, and economic measures.
