    摘要:

    为解决传统锚固张拉系统人工张拉主观控制随意性大,易导致预应力施工质量受外部因素影响大的问题,采用先张法结合智能张拉系统实现预应力锚索张拉的自动控制,以提高张拉质量和效率。结合TB水电工程从施工准备、台座设计及布置、预制梁钢筋绑扎、波纹管定位与安装、模板安装、钢绞线安装及张拉等方面对预制梁先张拉智能施工技术进行了介绍,认为通过钢结构张拉台座进行先张拉预应力梁施工,工艺简单,提升了预制梁的施工质量与耐久性;智能张拉系统可通过传感器的实时监控,提高张拉质量,使预应力张拉能高质量、高标准地安全完成。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that the subjective control of artificial tensioning in the traditional anchoring tensioning system is arbitrary, which is easy to cause the prestressed construction quality to be greatly affected by external factors, the pretension method combined with intelligent tensioning system is used to realize the automatic tensioning control of prestressed anchor cable to improve the tensioning quality and efficiency. Combined with TB Hydropower Project, this paper introduces the intelligent construction technology of prefabricated beams from the aspects of construction preparation, pedestal design and layout, prefabricated beams reinforcement lashing, bellows positioning and installation, formwork installation, steel strand installation and tension. It is considered that the construction of pretensioned prestressed beams through steel structure tensioning pedestal is simple, and the construction quality and durability of prefabricated beams are improved. The intelligent tensioning system can improve the tensioning quality through the real-time monitoring of the sensor, so that the prestressed tensioning can be completed safely with high quality and high standard.
