    针对抽水蓄能电站引水隧洞斜井扩挖施工过程中所面临的程序复杂、施工难度大、安全风险高等问题,以厦门某抽水蓄能电站为例,探讨了引水长斜井扩挖的关键技术,包括优化引水长斜井扩挖施工程序与方法,合理布置扩挖施工平台与提升系统,以及制定有效的扩挖堵井预防与处理措施。通过这些关键技术的综合运用,该工程的扩挖最大月进尺达96 m,实现了引水长斜井扩挖施工的安全化与快速化。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problems such as complex procedures, high construction difficulties, and high safety risks during the expansion excavation process of inclined shafts in the water diversion tunnels of pumped storage power stations, taking a pumped storage power station in Xiamen City as an example, this paper discusses the key technologies for the expansion excavation of long inclined shafts, including optimizing the construction procedures and methods for the expansion excavation of long inclined shafts, reasonably arranging the construction platforms and lifting systems for the expansion excavation, and formulating effective preventive and treatment measures for shaft blockage during the expansion excavation. Through the comprehensive application of these key technologies, the maximum monthly progress of the expansion excavation in this project reached 96 m, achieving the safe and rapid construction of the expansion excavation of the long inclined shaft in the water diversion tunnel.
