    针对抽水蓄能电站地下厂房岩壁吊车梁混凝土工程质量要求高、施工难度大、施工条件复杂等问题,以厦门某抽水蓄能电站为例,探讨了岩壁吊车梁混凝土施工技术,通过采用跳仓浇筑和多工作面同步施工的策略,有效提升了岩壁吊车梁混凝土的施工速度,同时通过严格把控混凝土的浇筑温度与爆破开挖时间间隔,确保了混凝土的施工质量。工程实践验证表明该岩壁吊车梁混凝土施工技术在抽蓄电站地下厂房中的应用效果良好。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problems such as high quality requirements, significant construction difficulties and complex construction conditions for the concrete project of the rock wall crane beam in the underground powerhouse of pumped storage power stations, taking a certain pumped storage power station in Xiamen City as an example, this paper discusses the concrete construction technology of the rock wall crane beam. By employing strategies such as blocking alternate pouring and simultaneous construction across multiple work faces, the construction speed of the rock wall crane beam concrete was effectively increased. Additionally, by strictly controlling the concrete pouring temperature and the interval between blasting and excavation, the construction quality of the concrete was ensured. Engineering practice verification shows that the concrete construction technology of the rock wall crane beam performs well in the application in the underground powerhouse of the pumped storage power station.
