    基于太湖2005—2022年实测数据,采用Mann-Kendall检验法和BP神经网络模型,分析了叶绿素a质量浓度的年际变化特征及其对水文水动力因子(水位、风速、降水)、生源物质因子(总氮、总磷、CODMn)和热能因子(气温、日照时长、总辐射)的协同响应。结果表明:2005年以来叶绿素a质量浓度呈上升趋势,2015—2022年的平均质量浓度比2005—2014年增长约95%,但从2020年起叶绿素a质量浓度峰值出现下降趋势;叶绿素a质量浓度变化过程对总辐射、水位与气温因子协同作用的敏感性最高,热能因子对叶绿素a质量浓度变化过程的影响最为显著。

    Abstract:

    Based on measured data of Taihu Lake from 2005 to 2022, the Mann-Kendall test and BP neural network model were used to analyze the interannual variation characteristics of chlorophyll-a mass concentration and its synergistic response to hydrodynamic factors (water level, wind speed, precipitation), nutrient factors (total nitrogen, total phosphorus, CODMn), and thermal factors (air temperature, daylight duration, total radiation). The results show that the chlorophyll-a mass concentration has shown an upward trend since 2005, with the average mass concentration from 2015 to 2022 being about 95% higher than that from 2005 to 2014. However, the peak mass concentration of chlorophyll-a has exhibited a declining trend since 2020. The variation process of chlorophyll-a mass concentration shows the highest sensitivity to the synergistic effects of total radiation, water level, and air temperature. The thermal factors have the most significant impact on the variation process of chlorophyll-a mass concentration.
