    摘要:

    为科学评价南京滨江风光带生态建设效果,选取了生态功能完善、生态环境保护和生态能源节约3个方面10项评价指标,采用投影寻踪等级评价模型(PPE),利用遗传算法(GA)优化最佳投影方向,根据最佳投影函数值进行其等级评价。评价结果表明:南京滨江风光带一期建设过程中,河西片建设效果属于Ⅰ级,生态建设效果较好;下关区、江浦区和浦口新区为Ⅱ级,需要在湿地率、废污水排放达标率、绿化覆盖率、水质达标率、可再生能源利用率等方面进一步配套完善。

    Abstract:

    With consideration of three principles, ecological functional perfection, ecological environmental protection, and ecological energy saving, an assessment index system including ten indices was established to evaluate the effects of ecological construction of the Nanjing Waterfront. Based on the projection pursuit evaluation model(PPE), which uses the genetic algorithm(GA)to optimize the projection direction, the values of the optimal projection function were adopted for grade assessment. The results show that, during the first construction period of the Nanjing Waterfront, the Hexi area falls into grade Ⅰ, with a perfect ecological effect, and the Xiaguan District, Jiangpu District, and Pukou New District fall into grade Ⅱ, and the following indices should be improved: the wetland coverage ratio, the percentage of discharged wastewater reaching the standard, the green coverage ratio, the percentage of water reaching the water quality standard, and the renewable energy utilization rate.
