Abstract:In order to evaluate the performance of magnesium phosphate cement for rapid repair objectively and effectively, ordinary Portland cement mortar was used as a reference mortar, and comparative tests were conducted on the performances of the two kinds of cement mortar for rapid repair with 28d compressive strength. Test results show that, compared with the ordinary Portland cement mortar, magnesium phosphate cement mortar, as a rapid repair material, shows superior performance. The fresh mortar has a high fluidity and the property of rapid setting and hardening, with a setting time of less than 20min; the hardened mortar has good mechanical properties in the early stage, with 3h compressive strength and bonding strength of 42.5MPa and 1.45MPa, respectively; the elastic modulus of the magnesium phosphate cement mortar is low, with 28d static compressive elastic modulus and tensile elastic modulus decreasing by 13.5% and 8.9%, respectively; the tensile strain is high, with 28d ultimate tensile strain increasing by 38.8%; with the excellent durability, 56d dry shrinkage strain of the magnesium phosphate cement mortar decreases by 86.4%, with a value of 118μm/m, while 28d abrasion resistance strength increases by 45.8%.
