    摘要:

    为了评估侵蚀性水环境下混凝土的钙溶蚀规律,依据软水和硝酸环境下混凝土钙溶蚀机理,建立了侵蚀性水环境作用下混凝土二维钙溶蚀模型。模型考虑了混凝土中孔隙的曲折度和阻塞率,以及混凝土界面过渡区(ITZ)对孔隙率的影响。利用COMSOL软件对理论模型进行求解,并将数值分析结果与试验值进行对比,验证了理论模型的可靠性。对混凝土二维钙溶蚀规律的分析结果表明:混凝土在软水及硝酸环境中的钙溶蚀深度都与时间的平方根成正比。

    Abstract:

    To evaluate the calcium leaching for the concrete subjected to aggressive water, a two-dimensional calcium leaching model of concrete is established based on the leaching mechanism of concrete under the effects of soft water and nitric acid. The tortuosity and the constrictivity of the concrete are incorporated into the model. The effect of the interface transition zone(ITZ)on the porosity is also considered. The reliability of the model is validated by the comparisons between numerical and experimental results. The theoretical model was solved using COMSOL software and the characteristics of the two-dimensional calcium leaching of concrete was analyzed. It shows that the leaching depths of concrete subjected to soft water and nitric acid are proportional to the square root of time.
