    摘要:

    为研究硅灰和石灰石粉对碾压混凝土材料抗裂性能的影响及作用机理,采用劈裂抗拉强度、拉压比、弹强比等指标,并结合扫描电镜、热重分析、压汞测试等技术,在石灰石粉-粉煤灰系碾压混凝土中加入硅灰,进行试验分析。结果表明,掺合料总量为40%时,加入5%的硅灰,能够增加微观结构密实度,优化孔结构,有效提高材料的整体抗裂性能。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the effect of silica fume and limestone powder on the crack resistance for roller compacted concrete(RCC)and its mechanism, silica fume was added into the limestone powder-fly ash-based RCC. Indicators such as the split tensile strength, tension-compression ratio and elastic modulus-compression ratio were used for the experimental analysis with the technology of scanning electron microscopy(SEM), thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA)and mercury injection(Hg). It is suggested that adding 5% silica fume into the limestone powder-fly ash-based RCC of 40% admixture can increase the density of the microstructures, optimize the pore structures and effectively improve the overall crack resistance performance of the material.
