    为研究生态清淤及淤泥处置技术在深水水库中的应用及效果,以通济桥水库生态清淤工程为例,通过对环保绞吸式挖泥船清淤点附近和水库取水口水质的跟踪监测,分析清淤施工对水库底泥污染物扩散的影响,并对板框压滤处理后的干化土含水率和余水指标进行了检测和分析。结果表明:清淤施工仅对距离挖泥船绞刀头20m范围内的水体产生一定的扰动影响,且持续时间较短,对水库取水口水质基本无影响;清淤得到的高含水率淤泥经板框压滤处理后,土的含水率可降低至40%~60%,满足运输和资源化利用要求;处理后的余水指标符合达标排放要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the application and the effect of ecological dredging and silt disposal in deep-water reservoirs, the ecological dredging and regulation engineering of Tongjiqiao reservoir was taken as an example. The influence of dredging on the pollutant diffusion in bottom sediment of the reservoir was analyzed through tracking and monitoring the water quality near the cutter suction dredger and reservoir intake. The moisture content of the dry soil after plate and frame filtration treatment and the residual water index was also tested and analyzed. The result shows that the ecological dredging only causes sediment disturbance within 20 meters from the ecological cutter with a short duration, which has no obvious influence on the water quality near the reservoir intake. The moisture content of the silt obtained by dredging can be reduced to 40%-60% after the rapid dehydration treatment, which meets the requirement of sediment transport and resource utilization. The residual water also meets the standard emission requirements during this process.
