    为了解聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对管道螺旋流流动特性的影响,搭建管道试验系统和制作多导叶式局部起旋装置,使用5孔直头球形测针和1套水压力测压系统,测量含PAM管道螺旋流的管道边壁静水压强和测针内动水压强,分析管道螺旋流流速分布、输固能力和压力特性。结果表明:加入少量PAM(100 mg/L)之后,管道螺旋流的流速分布相比清水发生变化,管道螺旋流发展过程(产生—发育成型)延长67%,管道螺旋流的输固能力增大79.1%~91.5%,阻力损失降低18.0%~23.8%。

    Abstract:

    In order to reveal the effects of polyacrylamide(PAM)on pipeline spiral flows, an experimental facility of pipeline system and a revolving device consisted of a multi-guide vane were built. The hydrostatic pressure near the pipe wall and the dynamic pressure inside the probes in the pipeline spiral flow containing PAM were measured by a 5-hole spherical head probe and a piezometer tube, respectively. The velocity distribution, the capacity of mass transport, and the pressure characteristics of the pipeline spiral flow were analyzed. The experimental results show that the velocity distribution of the pipeline spiral flow is slightly different from that of clear water after the addition of a small quantity of PAM(100 mg/L), and the generation-development process of the pipeline spiral flow is extended by 67%. Besides, the mass transport capacity of the pipeline spiral flow is increased by 79. 1%~91. 5%, and the loss of pipeline drag force is reduced by 18. 0%~23. 8%.
