    摘要:

    将关联规则算法引入到土石坝渗流的预测中,并建立预测模型。首先将渗流量和上游水位、降雨量、下游水位等组成事务组,利用K-means算法对实测数据进行预处理,然后通过Apriori算法进行频繁项集的挖掘,产生强关联规则,最后将强关联规则用于渗流量的预测。本模型可以较好的解释影响渗流变化的内在原因,将本预测模型应用于某土石坝工程中,结果表明该模型具有较好的精度。

    Abstract:

    The association rule algorithm was introduced into the prediction of seepage behavior of earth-rock dams, and a prediction model was established. Firstly, the seepage flow, upstream water level, rainfall, downstream water level, etc. were formed into a transaction group. Secondly, the K-means algorithm was used to preprocess the measured data, and then the Apriori algorithm was used to mine the frequent item sets, resulting in strong association rules. Finally, strong association rules were used for the prediction of the seepage flow. This model can better explain the intrinsic reasons of the seepage variation. The prediction model was applied to a certain earth-rock dam project, and the results show that the model has good accuracy.
