    摘要:

    为解决当前水闸工程安全评价的部分方法与规范结合不紧密等问题,依据规范的分级标准,将水闸的健康状况划分为4个等级,在主、客观组合赋权的基础上运用云模型,判断各指标所属的安全等级,自下而上实现水闸工程安全评价。通过分析计算某实际水闸工程的安全状况,验证此方法的可行性与有效性。该评价模型从行业规范出发,兼顾了水闸安全评价中的主、客观信息,实现了水闸各项指标和整体工程的定性及定量等级评价,有效减小了不确定因素对整体水闸工程安全评价的影响,为水闸的运行维护及管理工作提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that some safety evaluation methods of sluice projects are not closely combined with the specifications, the health status of a sluice is divided into four grades according to the grading standards of the specifications. Based on subjective and objective combination weighting, a cloud model is used to judge the safety grade of each index, and as a result, the safety evaluation of a sluice project is realized from bottom to top. By analyzing and calculating the safety conditions of a practical sluice project, the feasibility and validity of the proposed method are verified. Starting from the industry standards, the evaluation model integrates the subjective and objective information into the safety evaluation of a sluice. The qualitative and quantitative grade evaluation of each index and the whole project are realized and the influence of uncertainties on the overall safety evaluation is effectively reduced, providing ideas for the operation, maintenance and management of sluices.
