    摘要:

    构建与洞庭湖区水系连通工程综合评价相适应的指标体系,包括结构连通性、水力连通性、生态环境效益和社会经济效益等4个主要要素层,共计12个关键指标;提出定量评价方法,并运用于澧县城区水系连通工程的综合评价。结果表明:澧县城区水系连通工程可评定为优秀等级,评价结果与工程实际相符,未来应进一步优化河渠结构连通格局,促进生态环境效益向社会经济效益转化。

    Abstract:

    An index system suitable for the evaluation of water network connection projects in the Dongting Lake area is proposed, which includes 12 key indexes in four factor layers, i. e. , structural connectivity, functional connectivity, ecological and environmental benefits, and socioeconomic benefits. This evaluation method is applied to comprehensively assess the water network connection project in the urban area of Lixian County. The results show that this project is excellent and the evaluated result is consistent with engineering practice. The structure and connectivity pattern of rivers and canals should be further optimized, and the transformation of ecological and environmental benefits to socioeconomic benefits should be promoted.
