    摘要:

    为识别河流健康状况和揭示河流受损成因,基于河长制工作任务构建了五方面29项指标的河流健康评价指标体系,确定了评价指标的赋分标准与权重,提出了河流健康评价模型,将其应用于湟水西宁段河流健康评价工作。结果表明,准则层指标水资源保护60分,水环境治理65分,水生态修复54分,水污染防治35分,水域岸线管理63分,评价区域河流健康综合得分56分,评价等级为Ⅲ级,属亚健康水平,达到黄色预警。河长应在一定程度上组织对该段河流进行保护、修复、治理和管控。

    Abstract:

    In order to identify the health status of rivers and reveal the causes of river damage, index systems including 29 river health assessment index in 5 aspects were established based on the task of river chief system. The evaluation criteria and weights of the index systems were determined and a river health assessment model was proposed, which was applied to the Xining section inthe main stream of the Huangshui River. The results show that for the rule hierarchy, the water resources protection index is 60 points, water environment management indexis 65 points, water ecological restoration indexis 54 points, water pollution prevention indexis 35 points, water coastline management indexis 63 points. The Xining section in the main stream of the Huangshui River health index is 56 points, and the evaluation level is Ⅲ, belonging to the sub-health level and reaches the yellow warning. The river chief should organize to protect, repair, manage and control the river section to a certain extent.
