    针对现阶段倒虹吸安全评价不够全面、未能综合反映工程的随机性和复杂性,且基于解析公式的评价指标隶属函数偏向于保守的问题,运用AHP法构建包括多维度因素的层次分析体系,利用云模型理论构造评价指标隶属函数,提出了一种基于AHP-云模型、依据现场监测与检测信息融合的综合评价方法,并将其应用于南水北调中线工程黄水河支河倒虹吸安全评价。结果表明:基于AHP-云模型的倒虹吸安全评价方法合理可行,其评价结果能反映该倒虹吸运行期间的综合安全状态,可为倒虹吸安全管理提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the randomness and complexity of inverted siphons cannot be comprehensively reflected by safety evaluation at the present stage, and the membership function of evaluation index based on analytical formula tends to be conservative, AHP method was used to construct the analytic hierarchy process system including multi-dimensional factors, in which the membership function of evaluation index was constructed by using cloud model theory. A comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP-cloud model with on-site monitoring and detection information fusion was then proposed, which was applied to the safety evaluation of an inverted siphon at the Huangshui River branch in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. The results show that the inverted siphon safety evaluation method based on AHP-cloud model is reasonable and feasible. The evaluation results can reflect the comprehensive safety state of the inverted siphon during operation, which can provide reference for its safety management.
