Abstract:In current water conservancy and hydropower projects, anchor cable tensioning operations often rely on manual control of tension forces and measurement of elongation, leading to issues such as poor control accuracy, high variability, low construction efficiency, and challenges in quality management. Based on the TB Hydropower Project, an intelligent prestressed anchor cable tensioning system was developed, featuring centralized control via a central server. This system integrates functions such as parameter design, data recording, real-time monitoring, online evaluation, and stress monitoring, enabling intelligent management of the entire process and lifecycle of anchor cable tensioning operations. Validation through the TB Hydropower Project case study demonstrates that the system meets on-site construction requirements, helps ensure anchor cable construction quality, reduces labor intensity, improves construction management, and enhances intelligent construction capabilities, offering significant value for wider application and promotion.
