    Abstract:

    In order to fully utilize the advantage of the rapid rise of roller-compacted concrete (RCC), this paper proposes a scheme of adopting continuous lift-up construction combined with intelligent construction technology during the low-temperature season to ensure the rapid lift of the dam. Before construction, the numerical simulation method is used to calculate the load distribution under different lift heights, and the stress and displacement states of the formwork during the lift-up construction process are analyzed, so as to ensure the stability and safety of the formwork during the lift-up process. The application practice in the TB Hydropower Station shows that this technology is convenient in construction, safe and stable, and can ensure that the cast concrete has excellent appearance quality.
