On the basis of GB 3838—2002 Standard of Surface Water Environment quality, using the single factor evaluation method, the water quality of Nenjiang River provincial boundary buffer in 2011-2015 was evaluated, and the water quality monitoring results and the reasons are analyzed. Aimed to the main problems existed in the regulation of the Nenjiang River provincial boundary buffer, Nenjiang River Basin boundary buffer regulation countermeasure and the suggestion are proposed.
