    摘要:

    以杭州市“五水共治”打造的生态示范河道为研究对象,围绕城市河道治理内容及河道特点,遵循综合性、针对性、代表性、完备性、数据可达性等原则,构建了生态环境效应评估指标体系;利用模糊聚类循环迭代法科学确定指标权重,并构建河道综合治理工程生态环境效应评估模型;对杭州市5条生态示范河道综合治理工程的生态环境效应水平进行评估,并针对评估中暴露的薄弱环节提出建议。

    Abstract:

    This study focused on the ecological demonstration rivers constructed with the guidance of the “five water treatment” in Hangzhou City. Based on the characteristics of urban rivers, an evaluation index system of ecological environmental effect was established according to the principles of comprehensive, targeted, and complete treatment, as well as data accessibility. The fuzzy cluster cyclic iteration method was used to determine the weight of each index and establish the evaluation model of ecological environmental effect of urban river comprehensive treatment projects. The ecological environmental effects of the comprehensive treatment projects for five ecological demonstration rivers in Hangzhou City were evaluated.
