    以昆山主城及周边区域为研究对象,在合理确定水质改善目标的基础上,依托流域、区域水文水力资料,宏观确定引排格局、引水水源和水量,结合已有规划和现状工况设计活水畅流方案情景,并通过MIKE11水动力水质数学模型进行微观模拟验证和决策分析,提出活水畅流工程建设布局及调度方案,旨在对其他平原河网地区开展引调水改善城市水环境提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    This paper takes the main city of Kunshan and its surrounding areas as the research object. On the basis of reasonable determination of water quality improvement target and the hydrological and hydraulic data of river basin and region, water diversion and drainage pattern, water supply source and water quantity are determined macroscopically. Combined with existing planning and current situation, scenarios of live water flow scheme are designed. Besides, the microscopic simulation verification and decision analysis are carried out through MIKE11 hydrodynamic water quality mathematical model. The construction layout and scheduling scheme of live water diversion project are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for other cities in plain river network area implementing water diversion to improve the urban water environment.
