    摘要:

    采用二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)改性植物单宁絮凝剂(TGCC-A)对污水处理厂的二沉池出水进行絮凝处理,探究TGCC-A对污水中胞内抗生素抗性基因(iARGs)、胞外抗生素抗性基因(eARGs)的去除效果以及对后续污水储存过程中抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)丰度的影响。结果表明:9mg/L TGCC-A和7mg/L聚合氯化铝对原水中8种胞内目标基因的平均对数去除量分别为103.82 copies/mL、103.92 copies/mL,胞外目标基因的平均对数去除量分别为102.27 copies/mL、102.89 copies/mL;两种絮凝剂絮凝处理后的水样中同种ARGs在胞外的丰度都大于其在胞内的丰度,且在后续5 d的储存过程中8种目标基因丰度基本保持在絮凝后的即时丰度;TGCC-A对污水处理厂二级出水中的ARGs具有良好的去除和控制效果。

    Abstract:

    The effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank of the sewage treatment plant was flocculated with the plant tannin flocculant (TGCC-A) modified by dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC). The removal effect of TGCC-A on intracellular antibiotic resistance genes (iARGs) and extracellular antibiotic resistance genes (eARGs) in sewage and the impact on ARGs abundance in subsequent sewage storage was investigated. The results show that the average log reduction of 8 intracellular target genes in raw water by 9mg/L TGCC-A and 7mg/L PAC are 103.82 copies/mL and 103.92 copies/mL, respectively, and the average log reduction of extracellular target genes were 102.27 copies/mL、102.89 copies/mL, respectively. The abundance of the extracellular form of the same ARGs was greater than that of the intracellular form in the water samples treated by the two flocculants, and the abundance of 8 target genes basically remained at the immediate abundance after flocculation during the subsequent 5 days of storage. TGCC-A has good removal and control effect on ARGs in secondary effluent of sewage plant.
