The construction basis of “Jingchu'anlan” modern water network is analyzed from two aspects of natural river and lake water system and artificial water conservancy facilities. The significance of “Jingchu'anlan” modern water network construction was analyzed from multiple perspectives. The construction ideas, target positioning and overall layout of “Jingchu'anlan” modern water network were elaborated in details.
