    采用内容分析法,从核算对象、核算范围、核算方法及排放因子等方面,对现有城镇雨水系统碳排放核算研究情况进行了系统回顾。结果表明:现有研究基本明确了雨水系统碳排放核算公式,为开展多尺度雨水系统碳排放核算奠定了方法基础;现有研究核算了部分雨水设施部分阶段的碳排放因子,但存在核算范围不一致、方法不统一、排放因子不透明等问题,不同研究结果之间可比性较差,核算结果具有很大不确定性;雨水设施碳排放因子完整性较差,与形成统一规范的雨水系统碳排放核算体系存在一定的差距。为规范雨水系统碳排放核算体系,未来研究应重点关注截留式排水体制下雨水系统核算边界划分、直接碳排放精准测度和水能利用的碳抵消效应,逐步构建适用于雨水系统碳排放核算的综合因子数据库。

    Abstract:

    Using the content analysis method, a systematic review of existing research on carbon emission accounting for urban stormwater systems was conducted in terms of accounting objects, accounting scope, accounting methods, and emission factors. The results show that existing studies have basically clarified the carbon emission accounting formula and laid the methodological foundation for conducting multi-scale carbon emission accounting for stormwater systems; existing studies have accounted for the carbon emission factors of some stormwater facilities at some stages, but there are problems such as inconsistent accounting scope, non-uniform methodology, non-transparent emission factors; the results of different studies are poorly comparable, and the accounting results have very large uncertainty; the completeness of carbon emission factors of stormwater facilities is poor, which have a certain gap to form a unified and standardized carbon emission accounting system of stormwater systems. In order to standardize the carbon emission accounting system of stormwater systems, future research should focus on several aspects, including the accounting boundary division of stormwater systems in the intercepting drainage system, the accurate measurement of direct carbon emission, and the carbon offset effect of water energy utilization, so as to gradually build a comprehensive factor database applicable to carbon emission accounting for stormwater systems.
