    摘要:

    系统回顾了水生态健康定义和内涵的发展历程,梳理了水生态健康评价中构建评价指标体系常用的模型和方法,指出基于生态完整性的水生态健康评价指标体系在指标分类上更加科学全面、工作流程上更加清晰、实用性与可操作性更强,分析了基于生态完整性的水生态健康评价主要难点,包括指标与基准的选取、指标权重的分配、压力源的识别以及评价的准确性,以期提供更加清晰的水生态健康评价相关概念,为水生态保护和恢复成效评估提供决策支持。

    Abstract:

    The development history of the definition and connotation of water ecological health is systematically reviewed, and the commonly used models and methods to construct the index system for water ecological health assessment are sorted out. It is clarified that the index system for water ecological health assessment based on ecological integrity has the advantages of more scientific and comprehensive index classification, clearer work flow, and higher practicability and operability. Then, main difficulties of water ecological health assessment based on ecological integrity are pointed out, including the selection of indexes and benchmarks, the allocation of index weights, the identification of stressors, and the improvement of evaluation accuracy. The research is conducted so as to provide a clearer concept related to water ecological health assessment and decision-making support for evaluation of the effectiveness of water ecological protection and restoration.
