    为科学构建“荆楚安澜”现代水网,基于湖北省水资源量、供用水量以及经济社会指标等数据,采用水资源空间均衡度评价法,以2019年为现状情景、2035年为水网优化布局情景,分别进行湖北省水资源空间均衡评价。结果表明:现状情景下湖北全省水资源空间均衡处于不均衡状态,其中鄂东南、鄂西北、鄂西南3个片区为高质量均衡状态,鄂中南、鄂东北、鄂北3个片区为不均衡状态;水网优化布局情景下湖北全省水资源空间均衡均处于高质量均衡状态;“荆楚安澜”现代水网建成后,湖北省节水水平进一步提高,水资源调配工程建设逐步推进,湖北省水资源空间均衡状态得到较大改善,中部、北部缺水问题得以解决,有效改善了湖北省水资源空间均衡状态。

    Abstract:

    In order to scientifically construct the “Jingchu Anlan” modern water network, based on data such as water resources, water supply and consumption, and economic and social indicators in Hubei Province, the water resources spatial equilibrium evaluation method was adopted. Taking 2019 as the current situation scenario and 2035 as the water network optimization layout scenario, the spatial equilibrium evaluation of water resources in Hubei Province was carried out separately. The results indicate that under the current situation scenario, the spatial equilibrium of water resources in Hubei Province is in an unbalanced state. Among them, the three regions in southeastern, northwestern, and southwestern Hubei are in a high-quality balanced state, while the three regions in central southern, northeastern, and northern Hubei are in an unbalanced state. Under the water network optimizing layout scenario, the spatial equilibrium of water resources in Hubei Province is in a high-quality equilibrium state. After the completion of the “Jingchu Anlan” modern water network, the water-saving level in Hubei Province has been further improved, and the construction of water resource allocation projects has gradually advanced. The spatial equilibrium of water resources in Hubei Province will be greatly improved, and the water shortage problem in the central and northern regions will be solved, effectively improving the spatial equilibrium of water resources in Hubei Province.
