    将洪涝溯源法与水动力模型LISFLOOD-FP相结合,用于识别洪涝源并揭示区域空间水文连通性,并制定了4个准则对空间干预优先级进行划分,包括淹没范围、最大淹没水深、淹没道路、建筑物暴露度。以济南市黄台桥以上片区为例,分析了各准则及不同组合下的空间干预优先级,并讨论了降雨重现期和网格大小对空间干预优先级的影响。结果表明:洪涝溯源法可获取特定区域对总洪涝范围的贡献度,结合空间干预准则可以确定区域洪涝干预优先级;不同准则下的空间干预优先级不同,在制定防洪减灾计划时,需将特定需求与洪涝管理目标相结合;济南市黄台桥以上片区的海绵城市示范区具有较高的干预优先级,降雨重现期和网格大小对干预优先等级划分影响较大,但对优先级的空间分布影响较小。

    Abstract:

    Combining flood tracing method with hydrodynamic model LISFLOOD-FP to identify flood sources and reveal regional spatial hydrological connectivity. Four criteria have been developed to prioritize spatial interventions, including inundation range, maximum inundation depth, inundation road, and building exposure. Taking the area above Huangtai Bridge in Jinan City as an example, the spatial intervention priority under various criteria and different combinations were analyzed, and the influence of rainfall recurrence period and grid size on spatial intervention priority was discussed. The results indicate that the flood tracing method can obtain the contribution of specific regions to the total flood range, and combined with spatial intervention criteria, the priority of regional flood intervention can be determined. The priority of spatial intervention varies under different criteria. When formulating flood control and disaster reduction plans, specific needs need to be combined with flood management objectives. The sponge city demonstration area above Huangtai Bridge in Jinan City has a high intervention priority. The rainfall return period and grid size have a significant impact on the classification of intervention priority levels, but have a relatively small impact on the spatial distribution of priority levels.
