    为了探讨城市化对区域内涝的影响,以广州市南岗河流域为研究区,基于SWMM和WCA2D模型构建了一二维耦合水文水动力模型,分析了南岗河流域城市化前后在不同降雨重现期下的内涝淹没响应规律。结果表明:模拟的一维河道水位和二维淹没范围与实测结果相近,证明该模型在研究区具有较好的适用性;1990—2020年间,南岗河流域建设用地面积增长了4.1倍;不透水面扩张导致出水口洪峰流量增大、径流系数增大、峰现时间提前、溢流点数量增多、淹没面积大幅增加;与城市化前相比,城市化后1、20、100a重现期暴雨下的内涝淹没面积分别增长了4.2倍、1.1倍和0.5倍;不透水面扩张加剧了内涝风险,进一步恶化了城市的防洪排涝能力。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the impact of urbanization on regional waterlogging, taking the Nangang River Basin in Guangzhou as the study area, a coupled one- and two-dimensional hydrological-hydrodynamic model was constructed based on the SWMM and WCA2D models, and the flood inundation response patterns under different rainfall return periods before and after urbanization were analyzed. The results show that the simulated one-dimensional river water levels and two-dimensional inundation extents are in good agreement with the observed data, demonstrating that the proposed model has good applicability in the study area. From 1990 to 2020, the built-up area in the Nangang River Basin increased by 4.1 times. The expansion of impervious surfaces led to higher peak discharges at outlets, larger runoff coefficients, earlier occurrence of flood peaks, an increased number of overflow points, and a significant increase in inundation areas. Compared with the pre-urbanization scenario, the inundated areas under rainstorms with 1-, 20-, and 100-year return periods increased by 4.2,1.1 and 0.5 times, respectively, after urbanization. The expansion of impervious surfaces has significantly exacerbated flood risks and further weaken the urban flood control and drainage capacity.
