    摘要:

    为系统性评价北大荒集团建三江分公司水-土-能源-粮食(WLEF)耦合系统运行效率,基于R聚类因子分析模型筛选了WLEF耦合系统运行效率评价指标体系的评价指标,构建猎食者优化算法改进支持向量机(HPO-SVM)模型评价了建三江分公司WLEF耦合系统运行效率,并对HPO-SVM模型性能进行了分析。结果表明:2002—2021年建三江分公司WLEF耦合系统运行效率总体呈波动上升趋势,年均增长率达3.24%,其空间分布表现出东南部高于西北部的态势;有效灌溉面积比重、人均农业产值、耕地生产率、单位面积农机投入指数、水利工程投资比重和万元GDP能耗是影响系统运行效率的关键驱动因子;与对比分析的另外两种模型相比,HPO-SVM模型在拟合性、稳定性、合理性以及评价精度等方面表现出显著优势。

    Abstract:

    In order to systematically evaluate the waterlandenergyfood ( WLEF ) coupling system operation efficiency in Jiansanjiang Branch of Beidahuang Group, the evaluation index of the comprehensive evaluation index system for the operational efficiency of the WLEF coupling system were screened based on the Rclusteringfactor analysis model, and the operation efficiency of the WLEF coupling system of the Jiansanjiang Branch was evaluated by the hunterprey optimization improved support vector machine (HPOSVM) model, and the performance of the HPOSVM model was analyzed. The results show that the operation efficiency of the WLEF coupling system in the Jiansanjiang Branch company has generally shown a fluctuating upward trend from 2002 to 2021, with an average annual growth rate of 3.24%, and its spatial distribution shows a trend of being higher in the southeast than in the northwest. The key driving factors affecting the efficiency of the system operation are the proportion of effective irrigation area, per capita agricultural output value, cultivated land productivity, agricultural machinery input index per unit area, the proportion of water conservancy project investment, and the energy consumption of ten thousand yuan GDP. Compared with the other two models of comparative analysis, the HPOSVM model shows significant advantages in fitness, stability, rationality, and evaluation accuracy.
