    摘要:

    本文聚焦水网工程对地下水系统的影响及驱动机制,系统解析其对区域水循环过程重塑、开发利用模式转变及依赖型生态系统影响的深层机理。水网建设将原本离散分布的水系统整合为互联的复杂网络系统,驱动地下水管理实现管理范围由单一含水层拓展至流域、区域乃至跨流域尺度以及管理目标由单一保障水量供给拓展为统筹保障水资源经济利用效益、生态安全与地质环境稳定的多维协同安全目标。本文构建了水网建设驱动下地下水可持续开发的关键技术体系,包括高精度勘查技术、协同调度的开采调控技术、地表水地下水联合调配技术及多尺度动态监测预警技术;针对环境风险提出了地下水资源系统性保护路径,包括污染源通道靶区防控、生态地质安全协同保障及含水层结构完整性保护。

    Abstract:

    This article focuses on the impact and driving mechanism of water network engineering on groundwater systems, systematically analyzing deep mechanisms of its influence on reshaping regional water cycle processes, transforming development and utilization modes, and dependent ecosystems. The water network construction integrates originally dispersed water systems into interconnected complex network systems, driving the expansion of groundwater management from a single aquifer to watershed, regional, and even cross basin scales, and the expansion of management objectives from a single guarantee of water supply to a multidimensional collaborative security goal that comprehensively guarantees the economic utilization benefits of water resources, ecological security, and geological environment stability. This article constructs a key technical system for sustainable development of groundwater under the drive of water network construction, including high-precision exploration technology, collaborative scheduling of mining and control technology, joint allocation technology of surface water-groundwater, and multi-scale dynamic monitoring and early warning technology. Systematic protection paths for groundwater resources has been proposed in response to environmental risks, including pollution source channel target area prevention and control, ecological geological security coordination guarantee, and protection of aquifer structural integrity.
