    从生产过程视角出发,构建了包含生产者社会、生产资料资源、生产环境生态和生产产品经济4维子系统的人水系统耦合协调关系评价体系,采用多因素综合评价法、耦合协调度模型和障碍度方法分析了2010—2023年甘肃省人水系统耦合协调特征的时空演变趋势。结果表明:2010—2023年甘肃省人水系统4维子系统的综合评价指数没有统一的变化规律,生产产品经济子系统的持续增长是推动人水系统协调发展的主要动力;各地市(州)人水系统耦合协调度整体呈上升趋势,但全省耦合协调度仍处于勉强协调水平,增长幅度受限;生产资料资源子系统是制约甘肃省人水系统协调发展的首要原因,提高资源利用水平和减少生产污染是提高其协调水平的重要抓手。

    Abstract:

    From the perspective of the production process, an evaluation system for the coupling and coordination relationship of the human-water system was constructed, including four-dimensional subsystems, i.e., producer-society, production material-resource, production environment-ecology, and production products-economy subsystems. The spatiotemporal evolution trend of coupling and coordination characteristics of the human-water system in Gansu Province from 2010 to 2023 was analyzed by using the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method, the coupling coordination degree model, and the obstacle degree method. Findings reveal that the comprehensive evaluation indexes of the four subsystems did not exhibit a uniform change pattern from 2010 to 2023. Among them, the continuous growth of the product-economy subsystem was the primary driving force for coordinated development of the human-water system. The coupling coordination degree of the human-water system in various cities(prefectures) of Gansu Province showed an overall upward trend. However, the coupling coordination degree of the whole province was still at a barely coordinated level with limited growth. The production materialresource subsystem constituted the primary factor constraining the coordinated development of the humanwater system in Gansu Province. Consequently, enhancing resource utilization efficiency and reducing production pollution are key measures to improve the coordinated development level.
