    摘要:

    基于2000—2022年乌梁素海流域气候、土地利用方式以及水质监测数据,采用广义加性模型、计量经济模型、混合演化算法,定量探究了各因素对湖泊水质指标变化的驱动机制,并通过灰色关联分析研究了不同因素的贡献率。结果表明:流域土地利用方式变化是乌梁素海水质变化的主要驱动因素,耕地、草地和不透水地面面积增加会显著恶化水质,而林地、水体和裸地面积增加则会改善水质;水环境变化对湖泊水质的影响次之,水体电导率、透明度、水深、pH值、溶解氧和COD等因素对TN和TP的影响呈现非线性关系;气候因素对水质的影响相对较小,年平均气温升高会增加COD含量,年降水量升高会降低TP质量浓度;乌梁素海水质变化受多种因素综合影响,其中人类活动(土地利用方式变化)较气候因素对湖泊水质的影响更为显著。

    Abstract:

    This study quantitatively explored the driving mechanisms of various factors on the changes in lake water quality indicators based on the meteorological, land use, and water quality monitoring data of the Ulansuhai Lake Basin from 2000 to 2022, by adopting the generalized additive model, econometric model, and hybrid evolutionary algorithm. Meanwhile, the contribution rates of different factors were measured via grey relational analysis. The results showed that:changes in land use patterns of the basin were the primary driving factor for the variations in water quality of Ulansuhai Lake; the expansion of cultivated land, grassland, and impervious surfaces significantly deteriorated the water quality, whereas the increase in forestland, water bodies, and bare land areas contributed to water quality improvement. Changes in the aquatic environment exerted the second most significant impact on lake water quality;factors including water electrical conductivity, transparency, water depth, pH value, dissolved oxygen(DO), and chemical oxygen demand (COD) exhibited nonlinear relationships with total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) concentrations. Climatic factors had a relatively minor influence on water quality; the rise in annual average temperature increased the COD content, while the growth in annual precipitation reduced the TP mass concentration. Water quality changes of Ulansuhai Lake were affected by the combined effects of multiple factors, among which human activities (changes in land use patterns) exerted a more pronounced impact than climatic factors.
