    摘要:

    基于SWAT-EFDC模型,应用生态系统服务价值评估方法和合作博弈论方法,对钦寸水库跨流域引水工程的生态补偿标准进行了对比分析。结果表明:钦寸水库坝址处水资源量由基础情景下的2.54亿m3下降至1.28亿m3,下游流域出口水资源量从4.2亿m3下降至2.94亿m3,上游库区COD Mn纳污能力降低43.66%,NH3-N纳污能力降低42.68%,下游河道COD Mn纳污能力降低40.67%,NH3-N纳污能力降低18.57%;基于生态系统服务价值评估方法计算得出水源区生态补偿上限标准为2.41亿元,而基于合作博弈论方法计算确定受水区生态补偿总额为2.04亿元,其中水源区补偿额度为15932万元,下游区补偿额度为4419万元。

    Abstract:

    Based on SWAT-EFDC model, ecosystem service value assessment method and cooperative game theory were applied to conduct a comparative analysis of ecological compensation standards for inter-basin water diversion project of Qincun Reservoir. The results show that, water resource volume at dam site of Qincun Reservoir decreased from 254 million m3 in baseline scenario to 128 million m3,and water resource volume at outlet of downstream basin decreased from 420 million m3 to 294 million m3. Pollutant carrying capacity of COD Mn and NH3-N in upstream reservoir area decreased by 43.66% and 42.68%, respectively, while that in downstream river channel decreased by 40.67% and 18.57%, respectively. Upper limit of ecological compensation for water source area calculated by ecosystem service value assessment method is 241 million yuan, and total ecological compensation for water receiving area determined by cooperative game theory method is 204 million yuan, including 159.32 million yuan for water source area and 44.19 million yuan for downstream area.
