    摘要:

    针对干支流防洪优化调度问题,建立了混联水库群防洪联合优化调度模型,以风险度均衡为目标,基于大系统分解协调理论,设计了系统总协调层、支流子系统协调层和单库优化调度层3层递阶求解架构,并分别提出相应的高效求解方法。对汉江流域防洪系统联合调度的实例模拟结果表明:该方法在各水库间实现了良好的风险均衡,各情景4座水库风险度变异系数均低于6%;调度后丹江口水库削峰率为39.68%~67.36%,皇庄断面模拟流量误差控制在3%以内;该方法计算效率高,所有情景的计算时间均在6s以内。

    Abstract:

    To address the problem of flood control optimization on the mainstream and tributaries, a joint optimal operation model for a mixed-connected reservoir group was established with the objective of risk degree balance. Based on the large-scale system decomposition-coordination theory, a three-layer hierarchical structure consisting of the system coordination layer, the tributary subsystem coordination layer, and the single-reservoir optimal operation layer was designed, and corresponding efficient solution methods were developed. A case study of joint operation of the flood control system in the Hanjiang River Basin demonstrates that the proposed method achieves good risk balance among reservoirs, with the coefficient of risk degree variation of four reservoirs below 6% in all scenarios. After operation, the peak reduction rate of Danjiangkou Reservoir reaches 37.68% to 67.36%, and the error of flow rate simulation at Huangzhuang Section is controlled within 3%. The proposed method has high computational efficiency, with the calculation time for all scenarios within six seconds.
