    摘要:

    系统综述了GRACE卫星数据降尺度方法,将其归纳为统计降尺度、动力降尺度与多源数据融合3类方法,深入剖析了从经典回归到新兴物理约束模型等研究方法的原理与演进。通过评估全球应用案例,揭示了各方法的优势与局限,凝练出数据缺陷、模型物理真实性不足、人类活动耦合困难和验证体系不完善等核心问题,展望了物理引导人工智能、时空一致性数据融合及构建业务化高分辨率数据集等前沿方向,并在系统评估现有方法的基础上,提出了以物理数据双驱动为核心的智能融合新范式。

    Abstract:

    A systematic review was conducted on the downscaling methods of GRACE satellite data, which were classified into three categories:statistical downscaling, dynamic downscaling, and multi-source data fusion. The principles and evolution of research methods ranging from classical regression to emerging physics-constrained models were thoroughly analyzed. By evaluating application cases worldwide, the advantages and limitations of each method were revealed, and core issues, including data defects, insufficient physical authenticity of models, difficulty in coupling human activities, and incomplete verification system were identified. The future directions of physics-guided artificial intelligence, spatiotemporally consistent data fusion, and the development of operational high-resolution datasets were discussed. Based on a systematic assessment of existing methods, a new physics-data dual driven paradigm for intelligent fusion was proposed.
