    摘要:

    为精准识别丘陵区县域现状水面率与多功能需求之间的差异化调控路径,选取长沙县56个典型丘陵区小流域作为空间分析单元,基于遥感解译与功能目标设定,从流域尺度系统评估了现状水面率与抗旱、防洪及生态环境功能需求的匹配关系,并构建了防洪生态优先型、现状保持优先型和综合均衡型3类管理情景,明确了最适水面率配置目标及其空间分异特征。结果表明:研究区小流域现状水面率为0.70%~12.38%,均值为(4.90±2.36)%,整体呈南部及部分中部高、北部及西北部低的空间格局;抗旱功能水面率达标率高达98%,防洪功能仅7%的小流域接近达标状态(差距小于等于2%),生态环境功能水面率达标率为27%,另有41%处于接近达标状态,表明不同小流域现状水面率与功能需求存在偏离;3类管理情景空间格局总体一致,但目标水面率差异明显,其中防洪生态优先型均值最高(6.31%),综合均衡型次之(5.14%),现状保持优先型最低(4.91%)。

    Abstract:

    To accurately identify differentiated regulation pathways linking current water surface ratio and multi-functional demands in hilly county regions, this study takes Changsha County as the research area and selects 56 typical small hilly watersheds as spatial analysis units. Based on remote sensing interpretation and functional target formulation, it systematically evaluates the matching relationship between existing water surface ratios and the demand for drought resistance, flood control and environmental functions at watershed scale. Three management scenarios:flood control-ecology priority, status quo maintenance priority, and comprehensive balance,are constructed to clarify optimal allocation targets of water surface ratio and their spatial differentiation characteristics. The results reveal that current water surface ratio of small watersheds in study area ranges from 0.70% to 12.38%, with an average value of
