    摘要:

    采用二维水动力学方法,构建了蒙洼蓄洪区洪水演进模型,并利用遥感影像对模型进行了验证,对2003年、2007年、2020年3次分洪情景的蓄洪区洪水演进过程开展复盘模拟分析。结果表明:洪水淹没模拟结果与遥感影像解译结果较为吻合,多项评价指标均高于93%,模型具备分洪情景复盘能力;不同情景下洪水传播速度存在差异,洪峰流量大、持续时间长的2007年较2003年提前8h到达曹台孜闸;3次分洪过程分别呈现双峰、高流量持续时间长、洪峰流量偏大等不同特点,蓄洪量也存在较大差异,但淹没面积差别较小,最大差值仅为7.5%。

    Abstract:

    A two-dimensional hydrodynamic model was used to construct a flood routing model for Mengwa flood storage area. The model was verified using remote sensing images, and retrospective simulations of flood routing processes in the flood storage area under three flood diversion scenarios in 2003,2007 and 2020 were performed. The results indicate that the simulated flood inundation results are in good agreement with interpreted remote sensing images, with multiple evaluation indicators above 93%, which verifies the model’s capacity for retrospective simulation of flood diversion scenarios. Flood propagation velocities differ across scenarios; the 2007 flood, characterized by a larger peak discharge and longer duration, arrived at Caotaizi Sluice 8 hours earlier than the 2003 flood. Three flood diversion processes feature distinct patterns:double flood peaks, prolonged high flow, and large peak discharge respectively. Although their flood storage volumes differ greatly, their inundated areas have minor discrepancies, with a maximum difference of only 7.5%.
