    摘要:

    为研究丙二酸对铜绿微囊藻的抑制效果,测定了不同浓度和不同投加方式的丙二酸作用下铜绿微囊藻藻细胞密度和叶绿素a质量浓度的变化;在此基础上,通过丙二酸添加后藻细胞藻胆蛋白含量及超微结构的变化,分析了丙二酸的抑藻机理。结果表明:丙二酸对铜绿微囊藻有较强的抑制效果;当丙二酸质量浓度达到60 mg/L时,在试验末期即第12天时对铜绿微囊藻的抑制率达到了87.26%;在相同的作用时间内,与分批投加相比,采用一次性投加丙二酸的方式抑藻效果更强;在丙二酸作用下,藻细胞叶绿素a及藻蓝蛋白质量浓度下降,光合作用受到抑制;在扫描电镜下能够观察到藻细胞结构遭到破坏,胞内物质外泄,从而导致了藻细胞死亡。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the inhibitory effect of malonic acid on Microcystis aeruginosa, the changes of cell density and chlorophyll a mass concentration of Microcystis aeruginosa were determined under the action of malonic acid with different mass concentrations and different dosing methods. On this basis, the inhibition mechanism of malonic acid was analyzed through the changes of phycobiliprotein content and ultrastructure of algae cells after malonic acid was added. The results showed that the malonic acid had a strong inhibitory effect on Microcystis aeruginosa. When the mass concentration of the malonic acid was 60 mg/L, the inhibiton rate reached 87.26% on the 12th day. In the same action time, compared with batch dosing, the effect of one-time dosing of malonic acid was stronger. Under the action of malonic acid, chlorophyll a and phycocyanin decreased and photosynthesis was inhibited. Under the scanning electron microscope, it can be observed that the structure of algal cells was destroyed, and the material inside the cells leaked out, which led to the death of algal cells.
