In order to solve the long existing problems in information system construction, such as dispersion of resources, divided blocks, disunified standards, difficulties in share and utilize, repeated construction, etc. , guided by the general idea of information resource integration and sharing raised by the ministry of Water Resources, Tarim River Basin Management Bureau has carried out the information resource integration work based on basin water resource management. By constructing the river basin standard system, integrating data resources and integrating application resources, the “one canal system topology map”, “one set of business relationship tables”, “one set of business processes” and “one set of informatization protocols” are established. Based on the Tarim River Basin cloud platform, the “one database”, “one map” of the Tarim River Basin and the integrated business application platform which serves the unified management and dispatch of water resources in the whole basin have been built, reaching the goal that “control the total amount, manage collaboratively, deploy on single level, apply on multi levels”. The precise management and dispatch of water in the basin is gradually realized, which has laid a solid foundation for the intelligent management of the Tarim River Basin.
